NYU Langone Virtual Urgent Care

NYU Langone Virtual Urgent Care is a telehealth platform that allows patients to schedule video visits for non-emergency medical conditions with NYU Langone providers.

Approach

Led the end-to-end delivery of the platform, coordinating across development, QA, design, and product to ship a patient-facing telehealth experience integrated with NYU Langone’s care ecosystem.

Highlights

Role: Technical Lead Led delivery with a team of 4 (1 Dev, 1 QA, 1 ProdM, 1 Client XD).

• Delivered the full video-visit scheduling flow from initial patient intake through provider matching and post-visit follow-up.
• Built Grafana dashboards to improve observability and monitoring of the mobile app.
• Coordinated cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and clinical stakeholders to align on requirements and UX.
• Established testing practices across unit (PHPUnit), integration (Selenium), and acceptance (Cucumber) layers.
