He has built and maintained this relationship through numerous shifts in scope and team . The client trusts him very much and it has allowed them to be more hands off when necessary.

He navigated the complexities of federal work environment, effectively negotiating priorities with developers and stakeholders, including myself. His approach, coupled with his ability to clearly communicate technical decisions, positioned him as a trusted resource for both technical and non-technical team members.
